Dan McConnell promoted to Group Finance Director

We are pleased to announce that Dan McConnell has been promoted to Group Finance Director at Logson Group.

Moving from his role as Finance Director at Board24, Dan will now oversee the finance functions for the group and work closely with the senior management team and each individual brand leader.

He will help to shape the strategic direction of the business and continue the development of the group by seeking opportunities for future growth, optimising performance and helping to influence strategic decisions.

A Chartered Management Accountant, Dan joined Logson Group in September 2021 as Financial Director for Board24 and Cases24.

Dan began his career in the corrugated packaging industry, straight from university, after graduating from Nottingham Trent with a degree in Economics. He brings over 15 years’ experience across sheet feeding and the sheet plant sector.

Speaking of his new role Dan said; “I’m looking forward to working more closely with all our group businesses and their teams, and playing my part in shaping the future of the Logson Group.”

Dan replaces Gerard O’Callaghan who has been promoted to a group role at the Logson Group parent company, W & R Barnett.
