Winners of Safety Stand Down Day 2025 announced

The volume and quality of ProSTART forms submitted at our recent Safety Stand Down Day showed a clear commitment from our teams across the group towards making positive changes and driving our We Make It Safe vision forward.

Each site was asked to select the ProSTART they believed would have the greatest impact and commit to implementing it by the end of the year. In addition, sites were invited to nominate the initiative they felt had already delivered the most meaningful improvement. These standout entries were reviewed by our Group Head of Health, Safety and Environment, Dan Watts, and our CEO, David Richardson

Dan and David were pleased to announce Yasmin Collins from Boxes and Packaging (Doncaster) as winner of the Most Impactful ProSTART, Andrew Isherwood from The Cardboard Box Company for the Most Innovative ProSTART and Juliet Sewell from Jardin Corrugated as winner of the Quickest to Implement ProSTART.

Each of our winners has secured a fully paid for food truck for their site in the weeks ahead, so the entire site can celebrate.
