Summer charity donations made across the group

Fifty charities, chosen and nominated by employees across the W&R Barnett group, have been awarded £2000 each.

The Helping Hands summer campaign saw all employees across the group given the option to nominate a charity close to them, that they had perhaps supported before or had benefitted from the services offered by the charity.

A final fifty were selected with eighteen of them being those nominated by Logson Group employees.

David Richardson, CEO, Logson Group commented; “’m very pleased that so many Logson Group employees received the donation for their chosen charities.

“I know several of our team actively support charities through a variety of fund raising initiatives and to have this extra support will mean a lot to each and every one of them.”

Later this year, members of the Logson Group brands will be taking part in the 130th anniversary W&R Barnett Charity Dragon Boat Race in Belfast.

Three boats, with employees from Boxes and Packaging, Board24, Boxshop, The Cardboard Box Company, Challenge Packaging, Durham Box, Jardin Corrugated and Red Rose Packaging, will take to the water to raise money for their three chosen charities.
