Introducing ‘BOARD’ values from the team at Board24

A recent project by the Board24 team has seen the review and refresh of its vision, mission, and values – reworked to support the ongoing growth and current positioning of the business as it nears its fifth decade in business.

In consultation with team members, five key values were established to promote the positive working environment of the business and the contribution that team members make in such varied ways.

Capitalising on the intrinsic part ‘Board’ plays in the business the new values are:

Brave – our vision is to be brave, to evolve beyond expectations
Our Future – our future success relies on the strength of our people
Accountable – accountability to each other and ourselves is fundamental
Respect – everyone respects each other and their contributions
Drive – our people are driven and dedicated to be market leading
