MacFarlane Packaging name Board24 Supplier of the Year 2021

Macfarlane Packaging company, part of the Macfarlane Group and the UK’s leading packaging distribution company, has named Board24 its Supplier of the Year for 2021.

John Kearney, Director of Procurement commented, “2021 was an extremely challenging year in the packaging market with the supply of corrugated cartons impacted more than other packaging products. The whole industry experienced shortages of supply, extended lead times and unprecedented inflation. A situation which will naturally put a strain on supplier/customer relationships. However, not with Board 24, the team handled themselves extremely professionally throughout this period and supported Macfarlane wherever they could with supply, price support and information for us to share with our customers to support the price increases.”
