Logson Group Completes Acquisition of The Boxshop Ltd

The Logson Group, the UK’s largest independent supplier of corrugated packaging, announces the acquisition of The Boxshop Ltd, an independent sheet plant based in East Kilbride, Scotland.

Boxshop has a turnover in excess of £14m and is Scotland’s largest independent manufacturer of cardboard boxes.

Douglas Lamb and David Protheroe, Joint Managing Directors at The Boxshop Ltd, who will continue to lead the business, commented; “We are personally delighted we have found such an ideal fit.
